Hi, I'm new to this board and have only recently become fascinated with snakes. I have one snow corn snake, a 3 foot male ball python, a 4 foot female ball python and a 9.5 foot female Coastal Carpet python.

I know I can bread my female ball with my friends albino male to get hets, then later one hopefuly get some albino balls of my own from the next generation, but are there any Albino Coastal Carpet Pythons that I bread my female with. I've been looking around and haven't seen any online. Not even sure if they exist.

Can someone let me know if there are any of these or if I could bread her with a regular Albino Carpet python instead of the Coastal if there aren't any of those.

If I could find a male Albino for breeding, I would be happy to split the babies with them.

Thanks for any information you have,
Stuart

I believe there is an abino carpet ... but the thing is pretty much priceless and Im sure the person that owns it is working on a project of their own :D

Yeah there are 2 I think. One is in Australia the other is in europe.
I think it will be a long time before we Canadians see any here!
I don't think that you will find too meny takers for splitting the clutch with an animal that will probably cost about $10000 U.S. or more. nice try though lol

There was an old post here about an abino carpet, with a link to the pic... however I believe it was taken down:

There are some awsome pics of blondie on there if you find the galery of pics for her. Many of them enlarge when clicked on. To bad there wasn't a male one of those in Ottawa.

If there are, please get back to me.

Well apparently there are quite a few now judging by the pics I just viewed. Cool I want one, Albino Jags would be SWEET! Mark

The albinos in Australia are TOP END carpets not coastals.
They have bred them for a few years now, and I'd seriously
doupt if some hets at least have not made it out by now.

Mark I'd bet Albino Jags before 2010

I just checked that page too, and looked in the snakes for sale catagory.

Jungles (very nice ones however) are twice the price of diamonds, and very nearly the same price as blackheads. Woma's are double the price of blackheads. Interesting to see how supply and demand works between countries.
