Ya the pair hade 21 babys last year and layed the last cluch of eggs on dec 4th i think
Than reds (V.a.acanthurus). I was told that possibly in the future yellows may end up being reclassified as a separate species, due to the physical differences etc, although they can innerbreed. Sometimes its interesting what the world of science does from day to day to classifications, after all the nile and ornate can innerbreed yet the ornate is now classifed as a separate species. Supposedly the yellow ackie has the ability to reach or exceed 3ft, Id love to see some that big.
