This cresty is almost 5 months old and for now it looks female. There's not the slightest indication of 'turning male', but we all know how that can change overnight. :)

Sometimes he/she looks red, but most of the time the base colour is more towards orange. When all fired up, he/she is an intense reddish orange almost bordering on bi-colour. There are just a few very faint white spots but they seem to be fading.

Never!! Atleast for me anyways. I will be in my retirement home with a crestie in a rubbermaid on my night stand.

Edit: Right beside my dentures :D

Just wanted to let everyone know I finally got her and she's settled in :D Those pictures don't do her justice at all, she's got great colouring on her.

Thanks again Hilde!
