Also has anyone heard of carefree? its a type of bedding for rats and hamsters and stuff.

I think you mean carefresh... it's a substrate right? Get it at a pet store...
Of course there's hamster breeders, just like snake breeders... they don't come from a factory :p There's many variations as well...a quick search on google should point you to any additional information..

if you can find a breeder of European Black Bear Hamsters, I've found that they seem to have the best disposition and are a bit slower, therefore easier to handle.

See the only problem is that its hard to find hamster breeders, doesnt seem like there are many out there

Do you know of any stores near you that sell Hamsters?? If you do, you should just ask them who supplies them with their hamsters and BAM, you have a breeder.. It's really not as hard as you might think..

Carefresh is a great substrate. I use it for my snakes as well as rodents. Only downfall is that it is easily kicked out, as well as a bit pricey. I've recently switched in the past months to Yesterday's News cat litter (unscented). It goes a long way, stays in the cage, and keeps odours non-existent. I have to do a 'poop count' in order to know when to clean, because it will literally be total filth before it starts to smell.
