Hes one wierd looking bci. Is it possible hes a cross between something?
She's such a pretty little Bci. It's a shame that there wasn't any specific locale information along with her, I bet she would make beautiful babies  You have some seriously great luck when it comes to finding nice snakes in stores!

Thankyou Linds. Adam I have no if he could be a cross I bought him at a pet store and they knew nothing about him.
hes nice looks alot like my male! i have a question he was sold to me as a bci,but reading on another site he should be classed as a readtail because of his number of saddles he has 19. His tail is a very nearly black colour with a slight hint of dark red on the sides? Any ideas? when i find out how to post photos i will!
Levi,
Saddle counts are not really reliable in determining the subspecies, as many people are now breeding for lesser saddles in Bci. My guys also make it under the count. Definitely post a pic of your guy, while appearance alone isn't 100%, we should be able to give you a better idea.Check out the HOWTO Forum (near the bottom) for a guide of the forums, which includes tutorials on how to post pics, etc. ;)
thanx will do! i dont think he is as his tail is so dark but hes a pretty boy tho!
