Hide and Seek

I just got home from watching that movie. It had plenty of cliches, a similar premise as another really bad horror flick, and lots of plot holes.....but I was so scared when I got out that I almost drove straight to my ex's house to get under the blankets with someone. The only thing that kept me from it was the scary drive up to his house (there's this creepy man-looking tree) and the scary walk up his driveway (a dark dark hill)....and my pride.

Pretty freaky, its worth watching for the adrenaline at least. The little girl is a really great actress, she is reminiscent of Wednesday Adams character at times. I was satisfied with the scare it gave me.

Definately agree and I was also thinking that Dakota Fanning is up there with Christina Ricci, who also has a new horror coming out 'Cursed'. I never expected the ending on that movie great twists.

I just saw this movie yesterday. Was not what i expected the movie to be about, but thats a good thing in this case. Thought it was a damn good movie and worth seeing. Although not a bit scary in my opinion. Almost reminded me of What Lies Beneath, suspence but not to scary.

I thought the movie was rather boring. Very slow start with a very basic ending. I did like the twist, though, but it's only worth while if you sit through the rest of the movie.

I want to see Boogey man..

Boogeymand looks horrible, but I guess I wont know until I see it. What I liked most about this movie (which I admit wasnt the greatest) was that they used hardly if any special effects and still succeeded in creating a suspenseful thriller. The twist annoyed me too, but it was the ride, not the end result that I am commending. It's like the original House on Haunted hill...I think the original was called the Haunting. When I saw that movie with my sister, we both screamed, and it had zero special effects and was much much scarier than the new fandangled one which was just effect after effect and was annoyingly not scary.
