Unless you ave been to France..... I would highly doubt it.
Many of the ads and such within this clip are in French, for example when he is in one of the stores, there is a sticker on the counter that says "faites peser ici." Let's also not forget to note the european license plates on all of the cars. Plus, this clip is from a website based out of France....... hence the .fr ending rather than .com

Classic, the drinks on his head were great, I also got a kick out of how intentionally oblivious some people were.

I remember being an anti-social oucast youth with no hangs up about doing things to embarras people I was with. Me and my best friend were kind of loners with some scarrily neurotic behaviour. I made the career of a couple high school councilors in my time.
