Where can I buy snails for uroplatus food? I've been looking everywhere and they allude me. Thanks.

My apologies.
I need live snails or I don't think that the picky Uroplatus will be likely to accept them.

There aren't too many people raising snails, so I can't help there. However, I'd like to mention not to get tempted to use aquatic snails. Many of those species can carry liver flukes, terrestrial ones don't.
I used to raise my own (H aspersa and similar ones), don't any more since I don't have much need for them.

Aren't land snails illigal to keep in canada or ontario?
That would be North American.. And im pretty sure that Utah is in North America! :D

Neil Meister mentioned to me to try restaurants that raise snails.

I'm pretty sure it's only Giant Land Snails that are illegal. I'm quite certain there's plenty of native terrestial snails that live in north america :)
Where to get some? I haven't a clue myself. Perhaps try to find a breeder of the lizard species that commonly eats them? If nothing else they'd probably be able to suggest an alternate food source.

In the spring try looking for snails by river beds. In the mean time offer them a calcium dish, or sprinkle it on the leaves. They will eat it! leopard gecko icb works well, or mineral. Sometimes I add it to their misting water.
Phants will wait and wait until the insects are in the perfect ambush position. The moisture dilutes the dusted crickets vitamins pretty rapidly. If you hand feed them supplements it's a great way to ensure their health.

oh I forgot to mention you could get some liquid calcium and offer it to them from a syringe

yes they do but they really like to chomp down snails! They should be really small though with the shell being a bit bigger then their eyes
