Special Chat Night????

Hey all, ive thought lately that perhaps a chat night with possibly a special guest might be a good idea? Perhaps an expert of some sort..a manufacturer...or? Just wondering if anyone would like to see that sort of thing here....and if so....could anyone suggest a guest that they would like to see? A specific topic..etc? That sounds like a great idea Shane. I don't know who to suggest as a special guest but I would love to get in on a chat like that. Will you post about the special guest so we can know a bit about who the special guest is and what they do beforehand. I only know the big names like Kathy Love, Bob Clark, and some of the Canadian breeders like Corey, Markus Jane. It's still early so I my brain is still waking up!

it'd also be nice that when this is scheduled those logging in to chat get a message saying that there is a "special" chat going on so those who don't wish to participate in that specific topic may chose to not continue logging in

Yea and on those special chat nights, maybe have 2 rooms? One for the actual topic and the other for people who just want to chat about stuff. That way you wouldnt get too many different conversations going on at once, when the guest is trying to teach people. Just a thought though

Great idea Shane. I've sat in on a couple of guest chats on other sites and they usually work out pretty well. Very informative if you have a good guest and can keep control of the crowds.

I think we have our first guest all lined up,there were quite a few good Canadian herpers to choose from,but i think everyone will be pleasently surprised with who is gonna kick this all off! :thumbsup:
