Limit the ventilation.

I find this works wonders, I have also added a airstone to the opposite end of the air tube and put it directly into the snakes water bowl. This increased the humidity a little more as well.

If you use aspen or cypress as substrate, it will give you a humidity boost. You could also put some moss in, that would help maintain good humidity levels. Or like these guys said, limit ventilation and make/buy a humidifer.
