Would also depend greatly on how super the hypo is.. how carrot the carrot tail is and how tangerine the tangerine is :)

Since those are all line bred traits they can vary greatly. I'd like to see pics first before making that call...

I mean if they're Urban Gecko good.. then yeah it's a hell of a deal. But a lot of people call things stuff that they just aren't or are so barely there that they probably shouldn't.

As an example, this is one of my geckos. I call him a normal, but he's probably missing enough spots to qualify as being hypo
But not enough carrot to be a carrot tail and I don't think he's orange enough to be called Tangerine either.

As suggested, you can't really tell if it's a good deal unless you see them, or get a recent picture. Hypo and CT are variable, quality isn't guaranteed just because they have the genes. However, if you're sure they do have the proper genes, it might be a good way to get access to the bloodline at a relatively low cost. They might not be stunning but could produce some fantastic offspring.
Just one more hint about buying 'proven' breeder females. On average, a female leo can only produce 80 to 100 fertile eggs in her lifetime, many don't go past 80 or even close. If you're buying one that's pushing 5 years old, or has been bred for 4 or more seasons, you're buying one that's just about past her prime breeding years. Most females start to produce fewer eggs per season by the time they are 6 or so years old. That means a 3 year old female is about half way through her prime breeding period. If breeding is your prime objective, and you have big plans for the group, you have to take that into consideration. You can expect a fair number of fertile eggs from her, but just remember she's already got a 'few miles' on her.

Wow, they are gorgeous... I'd say it sounds like a good deal. Looks like a super hypo baldy in the background. Nice fat tails and look alert.

Hey Urd,

That's probably not a bad deal, Those geckos would go for at least $200 each and probably more for the three in the middle. Not to mention that with 4 good quality females you'll probably make the money plus back easily in your first ear breeding them. I'd call them exactly as advertised.

Topaz: Yeah pretty much. So Hypo yes but i'm not gonna get all nitpicky about him being tangerine just cause of a bit of orange on his legs ;) He's Het for Blizzard anyhow.
