Black and white tegu availability?

Hey all, i was wonderiing about the availability of the Argentinian Black/blue & white Tegus in the Toronto area? Any breeders? I don't have the space yet for one, just hoping if/when the time DOES come i won't need to import it/ pay too much/ duties and fees/ papers and permits/have problems with customs...
