Snakes look much better in a more natural set up for sure. It's so much fun to watch 'em poke around and explore. I've been meaning to set up something a little more natural for my yellow ratsnake.
Good Job!
PS - That's a healthy, strong looking snake. Congrats.

thats really nice nicky..and so spacious!
did u make that urself??
btw..i've heard many scary stories about the sliding doors...have u been thru any drama with them?..i know corns are sneaky little things..and they seem like they enjoy being stuck in tight places:rolleyes:...lol
i plan on getting a 45gal long..wich measures about 48" across..so i figured that'd be enough roaming space.
he's in a 29gal now..and i think thats perfect for him now..
anyway..thanks for ur kind words..love ur set up too btw..!
Thanks:),
Ya I made it myself with a little help from my step dad. It took a bit over 2 months ( not the handiest person in the world lol). It's malimine wood that measures 4 feet long by 2 feet wide and 15 inches to make heating easyer.
Hmm I've never heard anything bad about using sliding doors but I know how good they can be little escape artists. Its pretty tight though so I think it should be fine, I've observed her attempting to get out before without any luck.
The 45 gal long sounds perfect as long as you can provide adiquet ( sorry bad spelling) go as big as you can afford:).
Hope you have lots of fun with your new corn
Best of luck with him in the future:)
Cheers
