Keeping Ball Pythons together can cause unwanted stress. The stress can cause the Ball Pythons to go off feed . Also if one BP is sick the other will become sick. Its not worth the chance.

austinnoel beat me to the anwser. The only time that you house ball pythons together is when breeding.

There is just no point. If you cant afford seperate housing, you cant afford a new ball...simple as that.
