Holy crap. Nice pond. Was it a pre existing pond or did you make it?

We dug it out. We have a few other ponds as well that to were dug out, but are much smaller. We left a few 'Islands' to help keep a visual barrier for each animal. This is the alligator pond though, I don't have any of my Nile ponds here.
Thanks,
Zane

Hey Zane, do you ever have any unwelcome guests??

I live in the city, so I can't imagine how your setups work but man they look incredible. great looking animals too.

Thanks.
Pretty much is work free. Everything is natural from plants to water. The only time I fill the ponds up is the beginning of spring (Except for the pictured and a few others.) After that the hydrocycle comes in and handles the pond depth and the water is filtered naturally and safely. We only change out the smaller ponds to help stimulate the animals and to keep count of the other creatures we have in the ponds. The only time we fill any ponds up is when we are in a drought like two years ago.
Thanks,
Zane

what does the city think of you filling giant ponds up when you are in a drought?

sweet ponds man. How many crocodillians do you keep? Food bill must be attrocious. Have children been dissapearing in your area or what?
