Looking for some info on these guys... adult size, ease of feeding, etc :) They're really nice looking... one of the few colubrids that I actually like the look of...
Also wondering if anyone knows who might be working with them in Canada...
I'd love to see pics of everyone's GBs as well ! :D
Thanks guys,
Jen

Gray banded kings are some of the prettiest kings (aren't they all?) Mine are kept as all of my colubrids. Adults are from 30-40 inches usually. Some hatchlings can be a problem for some people since they prefer lizard prey. Once on rodents, they are great. More and more of my hatchlings start off on pinks, and I would recommend that if you're planning on getting hatchlings, that they are already feeding on them. You will get some more info undoubtedly here, but you can contact me if you want more.

Thanks Crimson :) The pics don't seem to be working, but the info was much appreciated...
Hopefully I'll hear from a few people who might be working with them up here -- don't think that I've really seen any advertised for sale...
I got a gorgeous pair of Juno Road Greybands from Scales in Sask last year, they are eating machines and very curious, friendly snakes..they are one very colorful snake.... They are breeding age this year so I have my fingers crossed..

That's a great looking snake, North. Really bright orange & good definition.

Hey you come over and see mine if you are ever on the mainland. I have a pair. An 02 female and an 01 male. I saw an adult at the TARAS show and it was quite large actually. Didnt measure it though but it was about the size of some of the adult corns I've seen though a little heavier set.

Awesome guys! :) Those are beautiful, thanks...
North -- is Scales a store, or a breeder? Sorry, I'm not too familiar with any breeders etc outside of Ontario :)

Scales is a Zoo, they do sell Herps and equipment as well.. a friend has a nice collection of Cornsnakes from them.. and they went above and beyond when I acquired snakes from them...Definately get a gold star from me.
