Hey everyone, I just found what I think was an infertile egg but I'm not sure because it was really small and more roundish than oval. What size are the eggs when they are first laid? Thanks for any input.

They're pretty small maybe some thing like this

---------- Length

------ Width

What colour is the egg? I'd still incubate it just incase. Best of luck!

Hey thanks, I found it while cleaning out my big vivarium and I'm pretty sure it isn't viable but I'll keep it around just in case.

Keep it just in case, always...

They are surprisingly small when laid, but grow with the baby. They're STILL tiny when they hatch though ...

Have you tried candling?

I have a female that sometimes lays eggs half the of a normal crested egg.

Well good and bad news. First egg was no good but last night she laid two healthy looking normal size eggs. Thanks for the replies
