Well I have noticed some people have been interested in making a more natural look for enclosures without weight, well i just started today using styrofoam to make 90-95% of the back wall into a rock formation, the tank is 36x12x17.5 inches. I will be posting pics when I am finshed of the process I am using for everyone to see, I am bored so I figure it will give me something to do.

i am going to be using tile mortar to coat the stryo foam, then paint it with base coat of black and then use an airbrush to out some detail into it. Then when all is complete use an acrylic clear coat over the whole think for easy cleaning.

Yeah, im kinda curious too
Or did ya post it in a new thread?

Oh hoa! Thats a long time! Do you have plans for it? Or did you just make it of the top of your head? lol
hehe yeah, it was a long time. But i was i no hurry :)
I had plans in my head. Had some dwawings, with the measurements i needed. But i allready threw those away. The rest was just see what to do next while building the thing.

I'm trying to get a friends grandfather to make me one. I was quoted +- £800 to make a display viv at a local franchise pet store. Aparently he'll make me one for the cost of the materials + (+-)£150. So im quite happy right now.
