As soon as I saw this I pulled him out and soaked him for a bit and then put him on damp paper towl for about two hours and they went back in on their own.

Oh man so do I! He hasn't stopped since December 20 or 21st. She is really playing hard to get. I think she is going to shed so I hope the week off will give her time to reconsider.lol

It took my guy 2 months untill i seen my girl ovulate. I seperated for 4 days after about a month and offered both a meal, the male took and the female never. Put him back in a few days later and he was on her like white on rice again.

And does a soak help you to get things back to normal too?lol
I'm just glad I looked in when I did. This serves as a reminder that although you should try not to disturb your animals when they are breeding you still need to watch out for stuff like this. This could have turned into a bad sittuation if I had not discovered it in time.
