I was wondering what is more nutrictional;

1)mice?
2)rats?
3)rabbits?

Im under the impression that rats are the best. I know they are better then mice, but im not sure if they're better then rabbits.

Rabbits and rats are fairly close in nutrition. They have much more protein and lower fat content than mice.

Just because something has more vitamins and minerals and protein content per gram, doesn't mean its actually BETTER for a boa. Not even close.

SO as to whether or not its "nutrionally-better" for the boa? I don't think anyone knows. What people do know is, all 3 can support growth and breeding. Which does it better? Beats me. No one here would know that.

I have noticed that snakes fed on a rat diet grow a bit faster than those on a mouse one. I have been told the same by others.
