To give credit to the owners of that amazing snake it is owned by
Damon Salceies Captive Bred Snakes. Yet one more snake to add to the wish list... So what do you think of this little critter?

Wow! Just like a bar of GOLD!!! :)
It almost looks as though when you open it's enclosure, you should hear a choir singing "Aahhhhhhh..." and see a gold glow like in Pulp Fiction! :D
Beautiful snake!! WOW.....

Gimme gimme gimme!!!!
While the creature is as gorgeous as a bar of gold, it's prolly as prohibitively expensive as one too!
I think thats the only albino chondro in captivity, its going to be cool to see what new morphs can be bred using the albino gene. What a beauty!!

It is indeed the first albino chondro produced in captivity :) Damon Salceies produced it in early 2002 -- it turned out to be a male, and I'm sure that he'll likely be breeding him this coming season. For more pics & info, you can check out http://www.**************/salceies/index.htm.
I've had this guy as my desktop pic for quite some time now -- he's certainly a stunning chondro, and makes for some nice eye candy while I'm at the computer ;). Hopefully in the not too distant future someone will bring a few animals from this bloodline up here so we can have access to beauties just like him :)

Yes, Floyd is a truly magnificant chondro. I doubt I'll ever own any, unless Damon mass produces them. With a starting price of $50k a pair for hets, I don't think they'll be widely available for some time.......but we can always hope.
