I nearly forgot to show these :o
This is my breeding pair of C gracilis(Slenderbrown Bark Scorpion). Note that the male is missing part of his pincer. This is no set back because the dealer has got babies from these 2 before.

I already had 1 C gracilis so I put all 3 of them together. Note: The pair I just got are from Florida which has fairly mild venom while my old one is from Central America so it could actually have very toxic venom. The Central American scorp is the one in the upper right.

VERY cool!

I use to keep Emerper Scorpions (Pandinus Imperator I believe?) They were great none the less. I wouldnt mind getting some of those Bark Scorpions....I like the Arizona ones mostly :D

Ahhh yes, the Arizona Bark scorps are Centuroides exilicauda. They are neat little scorpions for sure.

Brian, those scorps are awesome.
Androctonus bicolor is VERY cool.i want one. They are medically significant though correct? Does anyone know if anyone here in canada has them?

Bartman (or anyone else interested),
There are several online dealers that sell these scorpions. These are the dealers I have bought from and I know are good. There are others out there but I have never dealt with them.

Scorpions are relatively easy to keep if you know the requirements of whatever species you are getting. IMO the desert species are the easiest to keep. Unlike Herps, you can house them in small containers like the smaller kritter keepers or even the larger delicups. In other words, with just a little space you can keep several scorps.
Here is another pic I just took of the Centruroides gracilis (Slenderbrown Bark Scorp)

Brian, do u live in US? cuz i knew about those dealers for a long time, but they are from US, and I m in canada and i know bartman is too. Will they ship to canada? well even if they would, it would cost a fortune and paper work so thats a little problematic. or m i wrong?
