The person I buy a snake from?? I have contacted the person I bought the Dumerils that I have been talking about by e-mail. I have e-mailed 3 times in the past 2 weeks asking for help in getting my dumerils to eat. He has not even had the curtesy to return my e-mails. I am rather dissapointed and on the verge of being upset. I am not sure if it is considered bad taste to name a breeder that has proven to be not of great morals on this site so I will not go there at this point. Am I being unreasonable in thinking I deserve a reply??
Thanks

No...not at all.
A helpful breeder // supplier is definately a thing looked at before a purchase.
I had a guy who replied to my emails MONTHS after I had purchased my BCI...and withing a day or two!
If you'd like...post your setup, the age of the Dumerils, what you have offered it, and I can do my best to help you out.

No, you're not being unreasonable at all! Sounds like bad buisness to me. Is he a large scale breeder or just as a hobby?
It's against the forum rules to publicly post his name, just thought you might want to know that!

Boidsunlimited, I sent you an e-mail. I am not sure if my e-mail will show correctly, it is:
sww4msu@yahoo.com
Thanks for the help.

Find another breeder. Dums are everywhere in the US. Why waste YOUR time. Get on the net, search for another pair, and just go get them. If the breeder doesn't have time for you, then you shouldn't have the time for him/her. Get 'er done.

I have had ppl i have bought from help me out with snakes I didn't even purchase from them. So IMHO you are deffinatly not asking too much of him/her. You'll find that the ppl on this site will be more than willing to help you out, as said above just post all the relevant info. Hope you start having some better luck with your lil guy soon.

Keep customer happy, customer comes back for more. Seems like a simple rule of retail to me.

It all depends on who you get it from. The person I got my tegu advertises lifelong Q&A's for any animal you buy from him, and he delivers it too. We talked for a few months before I even bought my tegu, and he even helped me out with questions I had about thing completely unrelated to any sale he would make (like about my animals, or help with languages I'm learning).
You just got to find the right person... sorry it's too late.
