Here are the boa and python in their new homes.

The tank the boa is in now is really meant for the jcp, but I felt it would be a better move to put the bigger snake in the bigger enclosure and build a replica of the tank in like a month.

The jcp will end up in this tank and the boa does not have a tank yet.

Im really loving this new set up!

So here is the boa tank. He is a real climber! Its very bland for now, but I got payed today so it should look real good soon enough :)

Nice display! Are you also heating with an under tank heater or just a basking lamp?

I bought him off Drew. He works at pcpc. It is supposedly from Jeff Favelle himself :) I also have a picture of the believed to be mum.

What are the demensions of the cage with your boa in it?I'm going to be making a cage for my boa pretty soon and are looking for some ideas. Is that melamine that you use?Is it hard to come across the sliding tracks?

I got the sliding track as well as the melamine from Home Depot. I dont think the tracks are hard to find.

The dimensions are 4x2x2, but this is a temporary cage. I may build him a 6x2x2, or just leave him in the 4x2x2. Im still building anoter identical cage on top to house my jcp. My jcp was supposed to go where the boa is now, but I figured the boa could use the extra space. The jcp is going to go in this tank and I thought id make a 6x2x2, but I think a 4x2x2 is more then enough for one male boa.

Yes that is melamine btw :) Great stuff, but id suggest sealing the corners with silicone incase they ever spill their water dish. Helps the cages last longer.
