EVERYONE:

Just a few feeding photos while camera had some battery life still.

That' s right not a power feeder, I actually under feed I think - instead of overfeed. In the end I got time to raise my animals and get them mature when they are ready not when I am. :D

In the end healthy thriving boas with no obese problems and in time having solid healthy litters on their schedules.

At least they werent clean cages and they decided to do their business like 30 seconds after putting it in, i have one Cali King that loves to do that to me so i have to clean it again after just cleaning it a minute b4 hand

LINDZE:

Oh I understand that to well it happens alot here too, I am trying a new method to avoid that I usually mist heavy hours before or during the morning, this at times gets them to do washroom break before feeding or cleaning the cage. Its not 100% but it works better than cleaning each cage twice in same day. Most of mine even do it it water bowl which saves me alot since all I have to do it replace the bowl. :D

Great looking snakes Tony.

Is that a guinea pig you're feeding your Hog in that one pic?

Love to see the feeding pics.

But do you really think that's better? Aren't both equally bad? I would just feed the snakes "properly" versus over OR under feeding.

I'm not trying to nit-pick but how do you know that? It may have been the case with the one litter you've had but I'm sure there are lots of snakes that have been fed on an "accelerated" schedule that can pop out just as many babies on the same "schedules". I just don't see how "under-fed" boas would make better breeders than "over-fed" ones. Maybe it's just me though.

***Not an attempt to "flame" you... just bringing up some points for discussion.

If my dumerils would eat in with the lights on, I'd try and take some pics of him.....but alas, he's picky and won't do anything with the lights on.......lol

I thought that was usually a female issue.....jokes, no disrespect meant ladies.
