First guess is Sceloporus occidentalis Western Fence Lizard (http://www.sdnhm.org/fieldguide/herps/scel-occ.html) sometimes called the blue-bellied swift?

no its not a western fence lizard

Ahhhh, have a look at the link to "similar" species...
Uta stansburiana , that might be the yellow you are looking for!:)

iv'e found out what kind of lizard he is hes a desert spiny lizard
