We'll need more information before anyone can really make an educated guess as to what might be wrong.
Size of enclosure?
Temps?
Substrate?
Does she have a humid hide?
How big is she and what are you offering for prey? Do you use vitamins? Calcium supplement?
Any recent changes in temp, defecation or other husbandry?
Now that that's all out of the way.....
Not eating is often a sign of stress which can be caused by pretty much anything :) Off the top of my head weight loss could also be helped along by a parasite of some sort. Answer the above questions and we'll be in a much better position to help you out.
If all else fails... take her to the vet.

I would recommend getting a stool sample to a vet asap to check for parasites. If she is losing tail mass there is likely a serious medical problem. If you have changed anything, like caging, heat, humidity, diet, lighting, anything at all, then report that to the vet also. In most cases vets will do fecals for fairly cheap. It's better to be safe than sorry.:) Hope she can recover 100%.

Are you feeding enough for all 3? Don't get offended I'm just wondering. I keep 3 leos together and at one point I was feeding them seemingly enough for all 3 of them as they all ate, but they all grew slightly and I only upped their meals by about 1 cricket a piece. Well my one leo ended up being quite the glutton and would devour over a dozen and a half himself. And my biggest female devoured all the rest leaving the slower/smaller female out of luck. I just simply added as much as I could untill the other two were finished striking at them and the smaller one got in there for a meal.
Also possibly your fat older fat tail is getting sick of the same old food. I've never had this problem but I guess it could be a possibility.
Another possibility I'd have to say would be the fact that it's now winter. I know another guy in this area who last year his fat tail stopped eating for 3 weeks and just burried himself in his substrate. He got worried took him to the vet and the vet said there was nothing wrong just he was possibly hibernating.
A stool sample is ALWAYS a good idea however. Especially if she's losing girth in her tail.
