ive got my new set up for my JCP
now i just need the temps right....and its a little harder b/c its in my basement where it is pretty cold here in toronto right now...
its a triangular set up...about 3 ft wide by 3 1/2 ft high....only problem is my temps go in the day 95-73...and at night 66 without a night bulb....i dont like to use those red night bulbs b/c they are pretty bright...i know these arent very accurate....just wondering would he be able to survive with those temps....

I agree with Jeff, I have a slu of carpets that are all maintained in my basemant. I heat the room so the ambients are not a problem. i have flexwatt for the warm hid and use a 15w black bulb just to provide alittle basking spot on their jungle gyms.. That snake will go off feed get an RI and slowly fade away..

night bulb you can use a ceremic... and get a space heater.... thats what i had to do for my cham... you can ceep you room at a comfortable level for you and use the ceremic to raise the ambiant temp in the cage... during the day use a lower wattage light bulb to give a better gradient... use both bulbs on one side maybe... that way you get a better gradient
