Don't give up, it's easy once you get the hang of it.
You have to display the picture in your browser, then copy the URL of the picture, not what's in the address bar. Right click on the picture, it gives you an option to copy the address (wording depends on the browser you're using). Paste that address into the image tags.
If you right click on the picture now, you can copy the address for future use. :)

Thanks DragonDrop. I used to be able to do this all the time, but since I've switched to DSL internet service, when I right click on the pic, there's no place to click on properties. I don't know what the problem is. It's what really frustrates me most. I know exactly what to do for posting pics.
