Wow man that is cool! I use ecco earth to with one of my chondros and I found it molds. But in your case the snake is always crawling through it so it probably won't be as bad. In my case it just sits there and get sprayed.

I havnt found any mold growing in my scorp tank and im using eco earth there.

Nice looking tank Paul!

It's probably not as wet in your scorp tank as it is in my Chondro cage.

I love the BRB. I have used the expandable coconut with kingsnakes and have loved it as long as you take them out to feed them. Don't know if I was over reacting but I wasn't crazy about them ingesting it when they ate. I used the expandable bricks used for planting. No mold problems as long as the poo and shed are removed.

It was a lobster tank in an old restaurant I think it is 5' long two feet wide and 18 inches Tall it is 110 gallons i think. It is turnd on it's side.I wish i had six more my self they would be great for all of the boas,Thanks everyone ;Paul Bighill Reptiles
