This is Jega. She's 1 year and 8 months and she weighs 1182 grams and is a little over 3 feet long. She's just been moved into her new 30 Gal. Breeder with some new furniture. Enjoy and thanks for any replies.

nice snake, bad setup. Loose the sand ASAP, sand is very harmful to snakes:
- It can become impacted into nostrils and heatpits
- If it becomes injested it maynot pass, and could pose threats in the future
- Sand can become stuck under the scales and rub skin raw.

There are way more options than sand, try paper towels, indoor/outdoor carpet, aspen shavings (NO CEDAR).

Nice snake tho nice to see her fat and happy.

Is that sand? I thought it was indoor/outdoor carpet, that is what it looks like to me?

I don't see sand. Are you talking about the sand coloured hide?

Awesome snake and original hides! Is that a can of beans?
does he use that hide?

that's hilarious.
I see you attempted to do the same as me with your digital thermometer wire.....it is so hard to hide :)

I love the thermometer but hate the wire. She loves her oatmeal can. She uses anything I give her. The thing in the middle is a mulch bowl. It has wet cypress mulch in it and she uses it to shed and also as a litter box.
