The local main chain petstore in East York has a tiny baby bearded dragon (about 2-2.25inches nose to tail) in a 5-7 gallon URO tank that currently has a sub adult 7 inch uro in it!! ugh! the food offered in the veggie bowl is too big for it and I hate to think of all the stress its going through.
When I complained all they said was they had no free tanks and management knew about this, but if they put it in with the larger beardies they had they would eat (no kidding) so they weren't going to do anything about it.
I am so disappointed with the store... its just so discouraging when no one else seems to care. I know its just a reptile but every creature has feelings and deserve respect. lol, lets quote spiderman (and a bunch of other movies) and say " with great power comes great responsibility" .... silly humans
