i just got a small space heater to give my room some warmth... it sits at like 50 so obviously you can figure why i needed it... i could only get my cham cage up to about 75-78 degrees during the day and that was with 300 watts goin to itt... one basking lamp and one ceremic.... either way i know these should be hooked up to a thermostat... it has a built in one but most ppl dont rely on that... so what one should i get... thank you

Splice a 120V regular baseboard thermostat ($30 at Canadian Tire) into the cord and then turn it on. Not hard and not expensive.
