How Do I Tell

I wanna know how to tell Sumatrans and Borneo's apart I am looking at one form a local pet store but I wanna know what subspecies it is.... Also is there a way to tell if it is a hybrid? and last how common are hybrids between the two?

Im not sure how to tell a hybrid from a full blood, but I can tell you how to tell a sumattran(or malaysian as they have the same scalation) from a borneo.

If you look at a summatran(or malaysian, no way to tell), the lip scales run from the lip, all the way up to the eye. On a borneo(or black blood), there is a small row of scales running between the lip scales and the eye. HTH.

Also, I would not reccomend buying a blood from a petstore as it is almost positively wild caught and those are not a good start with bloods. It shouldnt be hard to find a CB blood in Canada.

Hybrids aren't very common at all. They are out there though, Henry Piorun produced a clutch of them last year.
