haha I just fed my female Acanthoscurria chaocana about 8 adult crickets.
She is only about four inches long at this point but easily eats 8 crickets or more per week. I fed her until she stops catching them. Normally she catches each one as it walks by and adds it to her "cricket ball" for slimey processing. *LOL* when she stops grabbing them, I stop feeding her. She never takes more than 8.
But today she has caught about 6 of them, and waded them up into the ball,,but she has left the ball at her home (a toilet paper roll) and is walking around trying to catch the two strays and add them to the ball I presume.
I have never seen her do this, only catch each as it walks by but never letting that meshed up ball of cricket parts go. Weird!
