These are beautiful naturally coloured and patterned animals. Whilst their colours aren't spectacular, the brown with grey and touch of orange with the pattern adds a certain je ne sais quoi to rough scales.

Check out the beaded scales along with the ridges!! Very neat feeling.

How are they feeding for you? My male started off strong on F/T in a delicup with no substrate but has slowed down lately. My female was a real pain. Took me 4 weeks and beta chip to get her going on live. I tried everything but it wasn't until Roy arranged for me to get some beta included in a PCPC order that she ate for me. She has since taken F/T pinkies but then started to refuse. Tonight she ate a live fuzzy mouse and the male was offered a F/K but I won't know till morning if he took it or not.
Cheers,
Trevor

The male I find is the pain, whilst the female has been a better feeder. Live or f/t doesn't matter. They just have to be HOT!

Thanks Simon, but that's the FEMALE pictured.

The male is not as colourful, but has a bit of a zigzag.
