We are giving our male and female amazons both a meal this Saturday then introducing the female into the males cage a week later. My question is when we feed them should we remmove one of them or just make sure there apart when feeding and watch them swallow there prey, and not the other snake.
Which one should we remove?
Feed the snakes seperatly

I would say seperate them, just to feel safe about it :)!

If it was me it would be male into females cage and male would be removed for feeding. I don't touch my females unless I have to.

I read in this old book to put the female in with the male, I don't think it matters to much though. The males cage is around 6x2x2, and the females is 3x2x2, both large but the males is a great size for both, gives them room to get apart from each other.
I agree with Trevor, I always put the male in with the female. From the moment they are first introduced, I do not touch the female again until a) I KNOW she hasn't taken or b) she has laid eggs/given birth. I seperate to feed whenever I see them taking a break from it all, so imho, it isn't important to have a a huge cage to allow individual territory.

I always move the males around. Makes it easier when one male is used to breed multiple females.
