I'm not really up on my corn morphs but I picked up this little guy (unsexed) a couple weeks ago and he's a little different. He looks to me like an aztec snow. I believe that aztec is not heritable. Correct? Also, I am likely going to sell a few baby snows; I assume one like this would command a premium?

Enjoy the pics.

Really nice!! Aztec is a bit weird, you can get aztecs from normals, normals from aztec parents. It's believe to be polygenetic.

I'm not sure what you mean by a premium. Considering snow motleys and snow stripes can be had for around $100, an aztec is not going to command any more than that.

Really nice!!
Thank Ya

I'm not sure what you mean by a premium.
I was asking 'What's it worth?', but trying not to be so blunt.

I wouldn't say that cheap, I'd say $80 or so. Let's try to keep the value of corns up.

There's a good chance I'll be holding on to it anyways. Aztecs might be fun to play around with. Just making sure it's not the mojave of the corn world... In which case it'd be gone.;) I've got the mommy and daddy as well so it will probably meet with one of the two.

I'd agree with Katt with the comment and the pricing.

$80 sounds good enough~

Interesting aztec pattern on that little guy - like Katt says - heritability not well worked out but aztec does seem to persist in some lines - seems to me it is hard to find a lavender without it. The aztec pattern does lose some of the impact when it is on a lighter colored snake - seems to look most dramatic in anery and normal coloration. Would be interesting to see what this guy grows up to look like!
