has anyone ever had a very friendly leo that all of a sudden went crazy and tried to eat another leo in it's cage head first?
we had the unfourtunate experience of this today.
let us know,

Yes, I have. I think it was 3 years ago now. I was housing 4 baby leos in a 10 gallon tank and had no problems. Then out of the blue 3 of them decided to pick on the fourth. They ate his tail, 2 legs and he had bite marks everywhere. I don't know if it is so much a cannibalistic act, or just one of aggression.

well we found one of our females walking around the cage with a juvi female's head in her mouth and the younger one was already dead. it was not a sight we watned to see! my girlfriend was freaking out but there was nothing i could do until she spat the younger one out. it was sooooo sad.

Ah, I think I see the problem. In order to house multiple geckos they must all be of relative size. Otherwise the bigger ones bully the smaller and can kill them in the process. Never mix babies with juvies or adults, and never mix juvies with adults.
