Mary got me in the mood to take some pics with her recent post... :)

Here's a trio of the Snow project animals I just recieved from Marc B this week. There are 5 more, but I had no more time(or batteries) to get the rest, so this'll have to do for now.

Male Albino Het Anery
Produced by Marc Bouchard.

He just shed today, so I got my first look at him in full color and he looks fantastic.

Female Anery Het Albino

She's got just a sick feeding response!

Those are all great looking snakes.

I have seen eople referring to 'tangerine albino hondurans' and also just 'albino hondurans.' What's the difference? I have seen some pictures of albinos (or were they tangerine albinos?) that have a lot of pink on them... is this something that fades as they age or is this one of the distinctions between the 2?

WOW!! they all look fantastic. I really like the anery - and the albino is great - huge white bands on him and like the way the red bands almost meet. The red on that third guy really shows up in the pics you took - even better than those Marc showed - he has to be one of the most interesting looking hondos ever. Sure looking forward to seeing these guys grow up.

Adam - a tangerine albino has both wide bands and narrow bands that are orange separated by white bands, where as a tri-color albino has wide bands that are orange, narrow bands that vary from yellow to peach colored. All the albino gene does is prevent the black pigment from showing - so the third snake of Will's above is a normal tricolor with white narrow bands (these tend to appear yellowish when albino). A regular tangerine hondo has orange, orange and black bands. So many colors to love!!

What kind of hondo eggs are going to be cooking for you this summer?

Thanks guys :)

Tim: I have a Het Anery 66% Het Albino trio cooling at the moment, so I should at least see some Anerys next year. If I'm lucky, I'll see Albinos, and if I'm really lucky(knocking really hard on wood now), I may even see a Snow.
