Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention to this species and their market price, but did it drop significantly in the past couple years? I'm finding some for as low as $150 USD !! I think I remember not too long ago when it was common for them to be listed at $500 - $600 each......? I know that the rough knob-tail geckos still command a high price, but the smooth ones don't seem to anymore.

Anyone with any thoughts or concerns on this? Do you think Canadian bred N. levis levis will be priced based on US market value? or will prices remain high in Canada?

might want to contact high quality reptiles on that one. They are the only one's I know of in Canada(at least Ontario) carrying that species.

Depends on which subspecies. Ive been keeping with the market. N. levis levis (normals) dropped a tiny bit. Though, some of albinos and the brick reds are still $250 to $300USD. Pilbras and other havent dropped - still asking 400-500 for nice white ones. Though sometimes i find that pilbras can go as low as $50 (from alberto AKA US distributor of kin's line). Anyways, basically, the price hasnt really dropped. This especially true for breeding pairs.

As far as the canadian market. I think nephrurus (except underwoodisaurus) is still pretty rare. I dont think there are many breeders in canada. So it is difficult to say. Personally, i would sell mine at the US market.
