Got my first crested eggs tonight from my pairing of a yellow female with a peach male. Although I like the "dark" morphs a lot, I am intrigued by the idea of going a different route and working for a very light coloured crested or "pastellish" look, which is what I'm hoping for with these two. Here's an older pic of the female....

unfortunately I don't have a pic of the male yet, but he's got pink sides with a yellowish-greyish hue to the rest of the body. Anyone else working on a lighter coloured crested gecko breeding?

I'm not at the breeding stage yet with my cresties , but I do like the lighter phase ones. Did you see the link on one of the other threads, I think it was about rare crested morphs, not too long ago. They've got a wicked looking one called the Moonglow. Check it out! I love it!

Thanks. I'm waiting for the boxing day sales, so I might find a half decent digital camera. I'm just itching to post some pics of them!

What's a moon glow? Is it white with a hint of blue?

I checked out the moonglow. I have seen similar ones in local pet stores. A plain pattern with a light colour. I can see how they could be considered rare if you had pure white ones.
