thanks
Sometimes trying too often can cause the snake to refuse! :D
It makes them nervous. What are your temps at? What type of cage?
Remove the prey item and give this snake a week alone. then try again with a WARM prey item late at night.

the temp is at 80-85 andd the feeding cage is a 5 gal and he lives in a 10 gal
I would leave him in the cage he lives in for feeding.
Leave him alone for a solid week. No cleaning, no feeding nothing. Then simply offer a warm rodent on tongs. Dangle it near him, or simply leave it in his enclosure.
If you use a loose substrate like aspen then you can put the prey item on a napkin or small paper plate to avoid him eating substrate.
