hi, anyone heard of these before? Elaphe conspicillata
Know much about them???

Heard of them, but there are very few breeders working with them that I'm aware of. They are rare in captive collections and therefore expensive, though beautiful little snakes. Similar to Mandarins in care from what I've heard. The red tends to fade somewhat with age in most of the ones I've seen.
