EVERYONE:
Thank you again for the kind words.
BIG V:
Yes they are very similar, although the Salmon line is more from a dedicated breeder who wanted to improve the hypo lines in his own facility (Rich Ihle). I have seen many of both and the ones called Hypos are not the same in looks as Salmons, even the price tag differs as well.

TIM FRIESEN:
Thank you.....actually he is a 2004 boa and will need at least another 9 - 12 months from now to consider breeding. Possibly girlfriends will be an Albino, Salmon, and Anerythristic.
KAHANE:
Thank you....I do love the Salmons.....if only I can find a mature male Salmon in Canada from the East Coast.......;)

Is a salmon boa Considered a Bci with the salmon gene? Is the gene dominant or recessive?
Thanks, Paul.

Salmon boas are BCI, it is also called a hypo or Hypomelanistic boa. The phrase "Salmon" was coined by Rich Isle of www.salmonboa.com
You can go to his website and read about how the salmon or hypo boa came to be.
This gene is Co-dominant. There is a salmon and a super salmon.
