Which is better for cresties?, A screen cage like a reptarium? or an aquarium with a screen lid? Assuming the dimensions are the same.

I find that with reptariums they have more height and can climb more, but they don't retain humidity very well. I'd recommend a tank or an acrylic cage.

Tank would be better for the same reasons Heather stated.

Aquarium with a screen lid. But if you setup the reptarium and spray in twice a day, check to see what the humidity gets to after a spray and how long it lasts. Ontario isn't the humidity around 60?? A reptarium could work maybe I don't know, test it out, but a aquarium would work best for me personally because the humidity in Calgary is low low low.

Also a good moss substrate to retain the humidity in the open air cages, want to see a beautiful set up go to www.gecko-madness.com where I purchased my 5 babies he has a beautiful set up in a reptarium. It's got sphagnum moss in the bottom all types of plants in and outside. Like nothing I've seen before, real nice. His animals are definatly treated like royalty good guy too, going to see him at the show in White Plains tomorrow and buy more cresteds from him however they're not for me this time lol

The reptile esu screen enclosures work good, you just have to spray them often, there's new ones on the scales site with a pvc back and acrlyic sidings.
