help?? blister like bump??

I recently got a ball python ( my first snake ) and he has blister like bumps all over him. Is this from ticks or mites?? They started to go away but then just got worst. Pleas help me if you can!! Thanks!!

What do they look like? If they are clear with a fluid similar to water in them on the back of the snake they are probably from ticks being removed......These will go away after a couple sheds. If they are black blisters on the belly it could be a burn or scale rot.

some pics would help alot but the only mites ive seen on snakes just look like a slightly off color, in some cases larger scales.
