I had a Burmese Python a dozen years ago or so, and I use to feed him rabbits. They are not too expensive, and they were always on sale around valentines day!

BRB's aren't that big. They are very slender snakes (hence the old common name). They can take large rats, but that's about it.

Even most common redtails will not get above jumbo rats. True redtails are a different matter. I feed my burm. Rabbits. I new someone that fed thier retic pigs from time to time as a treat.

cool was worried. I didnt wanna wind up being one of those a$$ that have to give up their large snakes for lack of food or care
i know mice4you has small rabbits so you don't even need to hit the petstore
I use jumbo rats, Guinea pigs and rabbits ... If u look hard enough, its often cheaper to buy one rabbit that is the equivelent of a couple of jumbo rats..
