Collared Lizards....

Hi there, we have a male collared and we are getting a female tomorrow, our question is if we only keep the lizards together for a day, will they breed?

Highly doubtful.

I am not positive on the breeding habits of the Collards...but I would ASSUME that as other lizards do...there must be a cooling and photo period change.

Just my opinion.

Okay what if we cooled them both and have a photo period change, then put them together?
