I'm not 100% sure, but last night when I was watching Shrek and saw the part where they blow up a frog and snake into balloons, then make the snake into a balloon animal, it looked as if the snake is a Jungle Carpet Python!

I didn't bother to try and freeze the screen last night, but when I get home from work I think that I'll try and see for sure! I looked online for a picture/screenshot from the movie, but couldn't find one!

Does anyone know if I played the DVD on my computer if I could do a screenshot of it? That would be pretty sweet. (PS, I also have no idea how to do a screenshot!)

So basically my question is, is there any way to get a picture of it from the movie without taking a pic with the camera of the TV screen?

Also, can someone also tell me how to take a screenshot, and if that would work when playing a movie?

"< ALT >+< PRNSCR >" will capture what ever app is in the foreground, "< ctrl >+< printscreen >" does an entire desktop capture. If an app is full screen these may not work. Once you capture it to clipboard like that, just use paint or adobe or something and do a paste. I think even word could save it as a picture if inserted there.

I'll have to try that out in a little bit! Thanks!

...at least I had no idea how to do that even though it is labeled right on a key! haha

Alt+PrintScreen won't work if the video player uses Overlay mode to render the video (which a lot of DVD apps use).

In that case you'll probaby want a decent screenshot capturing utility. HyperSnap is a good one, if you don't have any tools on your machine that can do it already.

is hypersnap free? I couldnt freeze it, it would show, but only as you said, like an overlay... it definitely looks like a carpet python though!

Meh...too hard to see.

By the look of Fiona...I'm assuming the first one.

I'll check it out on my next day off.
